A new film fund opened on Monday to first time feature directors, with no entry fee.
The fund will back three feature films in its first round, covering part of the production budget and paying for a mentor from the local industry for each director.
How to apply
Applicants submit a script, a short statement of intent and a budget. A previous short film is welcome but not required.
Applications close in six weeks. A shortlist will be announced a month later, and the shortlisted directors will pitch to a panel in person.
